Sales Operations & Salesforce Specialist

Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales processes, improve data integrity, and enhance operational efficiency. This role will play a key part in supporting the sales team by managing sales documentation, maintaining CRM systems (Salesforce), and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.
Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
  • Implement and manage Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring system optimization and data accuracy.
  • Oversee data integrity and quality, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records for the sales team.
  • Provide training and support on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization
  • Develop and maintain sales documentation, including templates, contracts, sales processes, and training materials.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and tools, driving efficiency and consistency across the sales cycle.
  • Support and enhance post-sales operations, including opportunity management and supplier portal administration (e.g., Ariba, Coupa).
Reporting & Performance Analytics
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Generate insights into sales performance, forecasting, and business development.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
Sales Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Assist in sales reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks to streamline team operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; working proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operation’s role.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce (knowledge of Pardot is a plus).
  • Experience managing supplier portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights from data.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
