• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and employee relations.
• Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Assist with the coordination of training and development programs.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
• Minimum internship period: 6 months.
• Based in Barcelona with the possibility to work remotely.
• Paid internship: 480 euros per month (net).
