• Develop and execute a robust sales and marketing strategy to significantly increase revenue and market share.
• Support the leader of our in-house sales team, by providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Spearhead the creation of local sales teams across key financial centers globally
• Provide guidance for the marketing team leader to drive initiatives aimed at generating high-quality leads.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of sales processes and metrics to set goals, analyze performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

• A seasoned leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the B2B, finance, or economic intelligence sectors.
• Someone with a demonstrable track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
• A strategic thinker who can also execute tactically, with a deep understanding of our business, market, and client needs.
• An individual with an strong will to succeed, who knows how to motivate teams and drive them towards achieving ambitious targets.
• Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to propel business growth.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
