Role Description
Based in Barcelona, Spain, FocusEconomics is a leading provider of economic intelligence reports and data solutions for senior executives in multinational companies and governmental organizations. As a Salesforce Administrator at our company, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation in our sales and marketing processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our sales and marketing teams operate smoothly, leveraging technology to maximize our impact in the market. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing the functions essential to sales productivity and effectiveness. This person will be in charge of analyzing sales performance metrics, leading strategic initiatives to streamline the sales process, and report on the results of the overall efficiency of the team.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage sales and marketing tools, including Salesforce and Pardot
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the organization's business requirements
  • Create and manage workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation processes to streamline business processes
  • Ensure seamless integration between Pardot and Salesforce for effective lead management 
  • Create and maintain templates, sales processes, quotes, contracts, training materials
  • Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce
  • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalities
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance
  • Collaborate with developers to create custom solutions and functionalities that are not achievable through standard configurations
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data
  • Analyze marketing and customer data to improve conversion and retention rates
  • Process new sales, renewals and cancelations: perform data quality check and account setup
  • Manage and assign customers’ inquiries received via email
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows
  • Calculate monthly compensation for the sales team
  • Work with sales, account management, marketing and administration teams to streamline processes and enhance system performance and user experience
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 211) or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in customizing Salesforce, creating reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills 
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated willingness to stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionality
  • Understanding of sales, marketing and account management processes
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously 
  • Excellent written and spoken English; advanced level of Spanish desirable
  • Ambitious, client-focused, self-motivated and self-managed personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in providing administrative support in a professional services environment
  • Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
